The licence of the petitioner has been cancelled. The petitioner has approached this Court without exhausting the remedy, which is available to him under the law.

We, therefore, dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the petitioner to prefer an appeal against

Patna High Court CWJC No.21433 of 2021(2) dt.22-02-2022 2/2 the aforesaid order of cancellation of licence within a period of 30 days from today.

Should such an appeal be filed, the Appellate Authority shall take up the matter and after giving reasonable opportunity to the petitioner decide the appeal.

The order needs to be an informed one. The aforesaid order shall be communicated to the petitioner forthwith.

The aforesaid exercise shall be completed by the Appellate Authority within a period of 60 days from the date of preferring an appeal.

With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of.
