JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 17-03-2016 Since the rule of the game has changed by amendment brought about by the State of Bihar and passing of Teachers Eligibility Test has been made mandatory, any appointment, which is required to be made now, will require fulfilling the eligibility so laid down. Since the petitioner has not passed the eligibility test, there cannot be any direction for her appointment, even if the Court interferes with the impugned order of the Teachers Employment Appellate Authority.

Writ is dismissed on that ground.
