Learned counsel for the State and Mr. Mukesh Kumar for the State Election Authority appear and submit that the petitioner has prayed for inclusion of name in the voter list in respect of the election to the Lachhu Tola Primary Agriculture Credit Cooperative Society in the district of Bhojpur (Ara). It is submitted that the election to the society has already taken place in the year 2014 rendering the issue infructuous. Having heard learned counsel for the respondents, the writ petition is disposed of. Should any such occasion arise for the petitioner in the next election, he would be at liberty to raise his grievance before the appropriate forum in accordance with law. Bibhash/- (Jyoti Saran, J) U
