Patna High Court CWJC No.8403 of 2016 (5) dt.01-07-2016 counsel in reference to the statement present in paragraph 9 thereof submits that a meeting was held on 30.6.2016 under the Chairmanship of the District Magistrate and when it was decided to cancel the tender present at Annexure-1 and for floating fresh tender in accordance with law which would be inclusive of the terms of reference.
