The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No. 189 of 2016 under Sections 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code.
The complainant alleged that he deposited Rs.30,000/- in the account given by the petitioner, but, when the complainant demanded money, the petitioner issued cheque which was dishonoured.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the account number mentioned in the complaint petition is not the account number of the petitioner and the petitioner never issued any cheque.
Considering the facts and nature of allegation, made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43427 of 2017 (2) dt.19-09-2017 2/2 like amount each in connection with Complaint Case No. 189 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
