The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jainagar P.S. Case No. 310 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 272, 273, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Recovery is of total 360 litres of illicit liquor. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 20.07.2023.

Considering the period of custody and the recovery of liquor, this application for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
