Petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case under Sections 307, 379 and other allied Sections of the Penal Code. It is submitted on her behalf that the allegation set out under Section 379 of the Penal Code has not been found true during investigation and such fact is mentioned in the case diary.

Let petitioner, named above, surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in the court below and thereafter be admitted to the privilege of bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 5,000/- (five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari,
