The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 324, 354(B), 380 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that accused persons variously armed attacked on the house of the informant and abused him. Petitioner no. 1 damaged the centering of the house of the informant and made assault by khanti on the head of the informant. Petitioner no. 3 dragged the sister of the informant and tore her clothes and assaulted her. Petitioner no. 2 made assault to the informant.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28968 of 2015 (2) dt.27-07-2015 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that case of the petitioners was filed at the earlier point of time. It is submitted that the informant has retracted from the initial version and filed a petition to that effect before learned court below.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Kako P.S. Case No. 58 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
