Giri, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner who appears along with Mr. Rohitabh Das, learned counsel for the State and Mr. Rajeev Ranjan Prasad, learned counsel appearing for the Bihar Industrial Area Development Authority (hereinafter referred to as 'BIADA'). It is following the orders passed by this Court on 5.5.2016 that the parties have engaged themselves in a process of settlement and the developments emerging therefrom have
Patna High Court CWJC No.7878 of 2016 (5) dt.16-05-2016 2/2 been brought on record in a joint application filed by the contesting parties herein vide I.A. No.4346 of 2016. Mr. Giri, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as Mr. Rajeev Ranjan learned counsel appearing for the 'BIADA' are in agreement for the disposal of the writ petition in terms of the settlement so arrived in between the contesting parties as recorded in the minutes of the meeting held on 9.5.2016 present at Annexures-36 and 37 to the Interlocutory Application which shall form part of the writ proceedings.
That the parties have arrived at a settlement on the term and conditions present in the minutes of the meeting held on 9.5.2016 as manifest from Annexures-36 and 37 to I.A. No. 4346 of 2016, this Court is not required to express any opinion on the merits thereof and this writ petition and the Interlocutory Applications are accordingly disposed of in terms of the settlement so arrived at between the parties as referred to hereinabove, which shall form part of this order.
