2. The petitioner by invoking the jurisdiction of this Court seeking a direction upon the respondent authority to take appropriate action against the respondent nos. 4 and 5 and to get the measurement of the land done, which is pending before the Circle Officer, Bhabhua, District-Kaimur.
3. At the outset, learned Advocate for the State made a preliminary objection that in the garb of invoking the jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner cannot seek for execution of the order
Patna High Court CWJC No.14723 of 2024(2) dt.24-09-2024 2/2 passed by any revenue officer.
4. Considering the relief sought for in the writ petition and the rival contentions made on behalf of the learned Advocate for the respective parties, the present writ petition stands disposed off with a liberty to the petitioner to approach before the learned DCLR in terms of provisions of the Bihar Land Dispute Resolution Act, 2009.
5. The writ petition stands disposed off with the aforenoted liberty.
