In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 179 of 2015 registered for offences under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the present application, there is a case and counter case where both the sides were injured in a free fight. The petitioner had earlier moved before this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 51259 of 2015 and this Court had rejected the prayer for bail of the petitioner by order dated 30.1.2016 with a liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after eight months of jail custody. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, namely, Chandrika Yadav, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 179 of 2015.
