1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner has filed the instant application for grant of regular bail in connection with Khagaria (Gangour) P.S. Case no. 857 of 2018 (G.R. no. 3425 of 2018) registered under sections 420, 419, 406, 467, 468 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner obtained Kisan Credit Card (KCC) loan on the basis of counterfeit land possession certificate.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has deposited a sum of Rs.40,000/- on 26.7.2023 vide receipt brought on record as Annexure-2 to the application, in his loan account for repayment of the dues. He is in custody

4. The application for bail is opposed by learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the nature of allegation in the F.I.R., the petitioner having remained in custody since 5.6.2023 and chargesheet having been submitted in the case, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Khagaria (Gangour) P.S. Case no. 857 of 2018 (G.R. no. 3425 of 2018) on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria.
