JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-09-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Sarai P.S. Case No. 74 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(A) of Bihar Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that recovery has been made om the side of National Highway 77. Nothing has been recovered either from the possession or premises of the petitioner. Petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
