Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Sheikhpura (Kusambha O.P.) P.S. Case 273 of 2021 registered for the offence under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 28.09.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36485 of 2022 with Cr. Misc. No. 37178 of 2022. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70267 of 2022(3) dt.12-01-2023 2/2 petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate Sheikhpura in connection with Sheikhpura ( Kusambha O.P.) P.S. Case No. 273 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
