14-08-2015 Heard Sri Rajendra Nath Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.C. to Addl. Advocate General - 14. The petitioner has invoked the writ jurisdiction against an order passed by the Divisional Forest Officer, Bhojpur Forest Division, Ara, against which, there is statutory provision of appeal under the Bihar Saw Mills (Regulation) Act, 1990. The Court is of the opinion that if there is statutory remedy of appeal available to the petitioner, he may not directly invoke the writ jurisdiction.

I do not find any ground to interfere.

The writ petition stands dismissed.
