Having regard to the fact that the petitioner is facing prosecution for the offences punishable under Sections-147, 148, 149, 448, 506 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section-27 of the Arms Act and the fact that the injury caused by him stands substantiated in the inquiry report recording presence of fire arm injury and their also of the specific statement of son of the informant before the police alleging the petitioner to have caused such fire arm injury, this Court is not at all inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

That being so, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is hereby rejected.
