====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER --------- 25-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Araria P.S. Case No.65 of 2017 registered under Sections 406, 420, 465, 467, 468, 201 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that the complainant/informant on persuasion of the accused, named in the complaint petition, which is the basis of the F.I.R., joined Aapna Parivar Agro Farming Developers India Limited, a non-financing company, and deposited Rs.30,000/- in the name of his wife but when the complainant/informant asked them to return the money, after maturity, the money was not returned to him.

No.18880 of 2017 (3) dt.25-08-2017 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner also joined as Manager in Aapna Parivar Agro Farming Developers India Limited, a non-financing company, on depositing the some amount as security and he himself was cheated by the said Company. Further submission is that the coaccused Md. Rizwan Ahmad and Praveen Kumar Deo, who were also the officials of the said Company, have already been granted anticipatory bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 11.07.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No.20779 of 2017. Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender by him within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Araria P.S. Case No.65 of 2017, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
