JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 04-01-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Araria P.S. Case No. 502 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 406, 409, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is said to be Junior Accounts Clerk and allegation is of committing irregularities in execution work relating to restoration project work of Eastern Koshi Canal System and it appears Engineers, contracts and others have also been made accused in this case.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners that he is Junior Accounts Clerk and has nothing to do with the allegation. Moreover, other co-accused persons have already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by different

Having heard both sides, considering the above facts, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 502 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) sunilkumar/- U T
