2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Daudnagar P.S.Case No.185 of 2015.

3. As per allegation, the petitioner purchased a tractor form the informant's Agency, namely, M/s R.D. & Company and issued two cheques which were bounced.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the entire allegation is false and fabricated. It is submitted further that the informant did not hand over the documents/papers regarding purchase of the tractor in favour of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66376 of 2024(2) dt.25-09-2024 2/2 the petitioner and it was the reason for non-payment of the amount to the informant. It is also submitted that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedents and is in custody since 19.05.2024.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, especially the clean background of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Daudnagar P.S.Case No. 185 of 2015, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
