Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite parties, by referring to the averments made in paragraph nos.6 and 7 of the aforesaid show cause as also the order contained in Annexure-A, submits that the order dated 31.01.2013 passed in CWJC No.1209 of 2013 (Annexure-1) by this Court has been complied with, though belatedly.

In above view of the matter, the present application is disposed of as infructuous.
