The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Basantpur P.S. Case No. 80 of 2020 registered under Sections 272, 273, 308, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 24514 of 2020 on 01.10.2020, (Annexure-2).

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
