2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 04 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 127(2), 115(2), 109, 352, 351(2)(3), 3(5) of the B.N.S. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, Ranveer Yadav is said to have fired at the victim causing injury. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 20.06.2025.
5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Khagaria/concerned Court below in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 04 of 2025 subject to condition that:- (i). The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Khagaria Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
