JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 27-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Buxar (I) P.S. Case No. 127 of 2015 registered under Sections-379, 411, 420, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section-21 of Air Pollution Act.

Some coals were seized from a vehicle. The petitioner claimed to be owner of the aforesaid coal and has filed some documents to show his ownership in respect of the seized coal.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the

No.29015 of 2015 (2) dt.27-07-2015 2/2 date of receipt/production of copy of order in the court below, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Buxar (I) P.S. Case No. 127 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar subject to conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
