Petitioner and some others were arrested in connection with another case and, subsequently, co-accused confessed his guilt disclosing the name of petitioner and others in the commission of the alleged crime and on the basis of discloser of the aforesaid co-accused, the stolen articles were recovered from the house of co-accused Sharan Kumar as well as Chotu Kumar. Admittedly, nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and except some criminal antecedent, there is nothing against the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail custody since 15.03.2016 but up till now he has not been put
