The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Janki Nagar P.S. Case No.33 of 2016 registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(a) of the Bihar Excise Act.
Regard being had to the recovery of 129.6 litres of foreign liquor from fifteen cartons, which is alleged to be taken to the hotel of the petitioner on a pick-up van and at the time of recovery from the pick-up van, he some how managed to escape from the place of occurrence, I am not inclined to grant him prearrest bail. Accordingly, the application preferred under Section 438
