Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Khaira PS Case No. 03/2018 for the alleged offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 342, 307, 302, 323, 337, 338 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel representing the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and there is no specific allegation of overt act against any one of these petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid, this application is allowed. Accordingly, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of one month from today, the petitioners above named, are directed to be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.74155 of 2018(2) dt.21-12-2018 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Khaira PS Case No. 03/2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
