JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-01-2016 The petitioner prays for quashing order 18.2.2015, passed by the Deputy Director, Welfare Trihut Division, Muzaffarpur, respondent no. 3 in appeal No. 187/2014.

The petitioner submits that her case is squarely covered under order passed in case of Manjula Kumari and others Vs. The State of Bihar and others, reported in 013(1) PLJR 901. In case, petitioner's case stands on similar footing, respondent no. 4 would afford similar treatment to the petitioner after examining her case. Impugned order dated 18.2.2015 would be subject to the fresh adjudication by respondent no.4. The writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
