The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bihta P.S. Case No.253 of 2016 registered under Sections 406, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The gist of the allegation is that the petitioner gave two cheques worth Rs.1,92,874/- for purchasing chickens but both the cheques were dishonoured.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is ready to return the entire amount in three equal installments within three months.

I, Danapur, Patna in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No.253 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
