Counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition has been filed to provide the family pension to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.17448 of 2022(2) dt.07-02-2023 2/2 petitioner including gratuity, GPF amount and group insurance which are deducted from the salary of petitioner's husband with further prayer to make payment of interest on all the death-cumretiral benefits of the deceased husband of the petitioner till final payment to her.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that prior to filing the writ petition, a representation has been filed which is Annexure-5/ page 27 of the writ petition on which no decision has been taken by any of the respondent. The respondent no. 4 is directed to pass a speaking order on the representation filed by the petitioner about entitlement of reliefs prayed within 6 weeks from the date of production of the order passed by this court and if petitioner is entitled for any of the relief, then her admissible dues is directed to be paid within 6 weeks thereafter. With this direction, this writ application is hereby disposed of.
