2. The present contempt petition has been filed for initiating contempt proceeding against contemnor-respondents for their deliberate disobedience of order dated 07.05.2019 passed by this Court in CWJC No. 6987 of 2015.

3. Learned State counsel has pointed out that the Writ Court on 07.05.2019 had directed the respondent no.8 to pass a reasoned order on the representation of the petitioner.

4. He has taken this Court to the show-cause filed on behalf of the OP No.2 to show that the said Opposite Party No. 8 has passed a reasoned order on 04.04.2022 rejecting the claim
