Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sathi P.S. Case No. 89 of 2023 registered under Sections 341, 323, 406, 420, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report.

As a matter of fact since the marriage could not be solemnized the petitioners have been implicated. It is also submitted that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. 4.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bonds each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Sathi P.S. Case No. 89 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
