This application has been filed by the petitioner for modification of order dated 21.10.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28101 of 2021, whereby petitioner is allowed anticipatory bail. One of the conditions therein was that he should surrender within four weeks from the date of the order. However, it is submitted that the petitioner due to the reasons mentioned in this application, could not surrender within the aforesaid period and, thus, petitioner seeks extension of the time for surrender. In the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5780 of 2022(2) dt.09-02-2022 2/2 Period of surrender as per order dated 21.10.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28101 of 2021, is extended by further four weeks from today. Order dated 21.10.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28101 of 2021, is modified to the extent as indicated above.
