Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
Petitioner is accused in connection with S. Tr. No. 532 of 2012 arising out of Revealganj P.S. Case No. 27 of 2012 registered under Sections 498A, 304B of the I.P.C. and 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that earlier prayer of the petitioner for bail was rejected by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 45612 of 2014 on 14.01.2015 with direction to the Trial Court to dispose of the case of the petitioner preferably within six months and if the trial is not
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30717 of 2015 (2) dt.22-07-2015 2/2 concluded within the aforesaid period, the petitioner shall be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail, but after a lapse of six months, the trial of the petitioner has not been concluded. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 01.02.2012, having no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District and Sessions Judge-VIII, Saran at Chapra in connection with S. Tr. No. 532 of 2012 arising out of Revealganj P.S. Case No. 27 of 2012.
