2. The petitioner is in custody since 17.03.2016 in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 427 of 2015 for the offences alleged under Sections 171F, 171G and 384 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 17 of the CLA Act.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated merely on the confessional statement of the main accused Amiruddin Hawari, who has himself been granted bail by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ist, Gaya.

4. In the aforesaid facts let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Barachatti P.S.
