The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Araria P.S.Case No.134 of 2016 pending in the Court of CJM, Araria registered for an offence under Sections 304(B)/34 of the IPC.

This petitioner is the husband of the sister of informant and allegation is that on account of non-payment of Rs.50,000/- as further dowry, the victim was strangulated to death. The marriage of victim had taken place one year ago. In postmortem report, the doctor has reported bruise on the left side of neck and bruise over both wrist. The death place is matrimonial house and it took place within one year of marriage.

Considering the nature of allegation facts and
