The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 99 of 2018 for offences under Sections 354(D), 376 IPC and 67 of the I.T. Act. In this case, case diary was called for which has been received. From perusal of the case diary it appears that the informant is in habit of lodging such cases and she is not prepared for her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and at the same time she is not appearing for medical examination. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57851 of 2019(7) dt.12-06-2020 2/2 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Smt.
