The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Piri Bazar P.S. Case No.05 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 447, 448, 324, 307, 332, 333, 427, 353 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that these petitioners and several others entered inside the police station armed with various weapons and started to damage the public properties and make obstruction in the discharge of the official duty by the police.

No.61343 of 2019(2) dt.14-10-2019 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that while the petitioners are named in the F.I.R. but no specific overt act is attributed to them. Moreover, co-accused Rubiya Devi alias Rupiya Devi and four others have already been granted the privilege of pre-arrest bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 19.08.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No.34258 of 2019. The petitioners have no criminal antecedents. Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender by them within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai, in connection with Piri Bazar P.S. Case No.05 of 2016, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
