The present application has been filed by the plaintiff-petitioners for a direction to the court below to dispose of the injunction petition dated 06.07.2013. However, from the averments made in the present application, it does not appear that the said injunction petition was ever pressed by the plaintiffs after filing. This Court, therefore, is not inclined to grant the relief as prayed.

The application is, accordingly, dismissed.

However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to make appropriate prayer before the learned court below for disposal of the injunction petition, if so, advised.
