SINHA ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 04-08-2015 Sri Rajesh Ranjan, AC to SC-31 states that in compliance of the order of the High Court dated 03.10.2012, Collector, Vaishali has disposed of Misc. Appeal No. 01/2012 under order dated 01.08.2015 much beyond the time granted by this Court under order dated 03.10.2012.

Collector, Vaishali is warned to be careful in future to comply with the orders of the High Court within time granted by this Court, failing which this Court will have no option, but to proceed against him.

With the aforesaid observation, the contempt petition is
