Case No. 522 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 307, 385 and 34 of IPC. As per F.I.R. there is allegation against the petitioners of demand of rangdari and for not paying the same, they have fired on the informant, on hulla, people assembled. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that as there was some dues with the informant, when he demanded the same, the present case has been filed and further no empty cartridges were found from the place of occurrence. Heard learned A.P.P. also, who has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail. It further appears that petitioner no.1 is an accused in similar type of case.

Patna High Court CR. MISC.
