2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Tharthari P.S. Case No. 79 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has antecedent of two cases.

4. The informant alleges that she was intercepted by an unknown accused on 26.05.2023 who stopped her on the pretext of asking direction and thereafter snatched her ear rings and purse containing Rs. 10,000/-.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. rather he came to be

No.64706 of 2024(2) dt.17-10-2024 2/2 implicated during the course of investigation at the behest of Dr. Jitendra Kumar with whom he was working and was having dispute relating to salary. It is also submitted that it does not appear probable that the Aadhaar Card of the informant would have been found in possession of the petitioner when informant in the F.I.R. does not allege that her Aadhaar Card was also there in the purse which was snatched.

6. Learned counsel thereafter argues vehemently but then realizing his difficulty seeks permission to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application.

7. Permission is accorded.

8. Accordingly, the present anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
