2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to file a detailed representation before the

Patna High Court CWJC No.23005 of 2012(7) dt.24-06-2024 2/2 Additional Chief Secretary, Rural Works Department, Government of Bihar for redressal of the relief as prayed for in the present writ petition considering the fact that the case of the petitioner is covered by the judgment passed by a full Bench of this Court in Smt. Amrika Devi & Ors. Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors. reported in 2019 (4) PLJR 354.

3. The representation of the petitioner is required to be considered within a period of three months by passing a detailed reasoned order in accordance with law discussing therein that the case of the petitioner is covered by the Full Bench Judgment of this Court. In case, the case of the petitioner is covered by the said judgment, the petitioner is entitled for the relief as prayed for in the present writ petition.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of.
