The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Mohammadpur P.S. Case No. 01/2016, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant alleged that his daughter was married to Harendra Sharma in the year 2011, but her husband was always subjecting his daughter to physical and mental torture due to nonfulfillment of demand of dowry. Petitioners are mother-in-law and father-in-law of the deceased. The informant only suspected that they might have helped Harendra Sharma in killing his daughter, but no specific allegation of torture is made against the petitioners. It is submitted
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20837 of 2016 (2) dt.20-05-2016 2/2 that the petitioners have no manner of concern with the family affairs of Harendra Sharma and his wife.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners abovenamed, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Mohammadpur P.S. Case No. 01/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
