This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Amarpur P.S. Case No.97 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 448, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Specific allegation of assault is against one Rinku Devi, who caused injury upon the victim, which has been found to be grievous in nature.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is not the assailant of the victim and he is in custody since 22.08.2023, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)
