22-07-2015 Recently on 10-04-2015, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected, vide Cr. Misc. No. 46086 of 2014, however; without any change in circumstance, before expiry of even six months, the petitioner has filed the present bail petition. The Court is of the opinion that in view of change of no circumstances, the prayer for bail may not be renewed. The petition stands dismissed.
