Petitioner is aggrieved by inaction on the part of the District Teacher Employment Appellate Authority. He submits that petitioner has approached the District Teacher Employment Appellate Authority but till date no decision has been taken by the District Teacher Employment Appellate Authority even the case has not been properly registered.

In view of the above, the writ petition disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file petition before the District Teacher Employment Appellate Authority enclosing the copy of

Patna High Court CWJC No.23366 of 2012(3) dt.11-10-2018 2/2 this order who will under obligation to register the case and pass appropriate order in accordance with law on the claim of the petitioner and decide the same at the earliest.
