JUSTICE RAMESH KUMAR DATTA ORAL ORDER 25-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsels for the State and for the Accountant General, Bihar. The writ application has been filed for payment of post retiral dues under different heads.

Learned counsel for the petitioner informs that by now all the superannuation benefits have been given to the petitioner except group insurance.

In the aforesaid view of the matter, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.5, the Deputy Development Commissioner-cum-Chief Executive Officer, Zila Parishad, Sitamarhi to ensure that the group insurance amount is paid to the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. Learned counsel for the State is directed to inform the respondent No.5 about this order.
