JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-09-2016 The present application has been filed for modification of second paragraph of the order dated 16.12.2010 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 1841 of 2006 to the extent that it should be read as S.L.P. No. 16961 of 2009 instead of S.L.P. No. 16961 of 2010.

The writ petition was directed to be placed after disposal of S.L.P. No. 16961 of 2010 (Vinod Kumar Singh Vrs. Bihar State University Constituent Colleges and Others) instead of S.L.P. No. 16961 of 2009.

The order dated 16.12.2010 stands modified to the extent that the S.L.P. No. 16961 of 2009 be read as in stead of S.L.P. No. 16961 of 2010.

In the circumstances, C.W.J.C. No. 1841 of 2006 be placed before the appropriate Bench after disposal of S.L.P. No. 16961 of 2009.

Patna High Court MJC No.1882 of 2016 (2) dt.14-09-2016 Accordingly, this modification application is disposed of.
