The Central Administrative Tribunal, Patna Bench, Patna has committed no wrong in dismissing the O.A. application of the petitioner vide order dated 11th February, 2016 passed in O.A. No. 142 of 2016.
In this case the recruitment Board is located at
Patna High Court CWJC No.8868 of 2016 dt.02-02-2017 2/2 Secunderabad. Merely because the petitioner is a resident of Bihar, it will not give him advantage of challenging any decision in the Central Administrative Tribunal, Patna Bench, Patna. If the Tribunal has taken a consistent view that the jurisdiction where the Selection Commission is functioning, shall be applied where the cause of action shall be considered, no interference is warranted with such order. This writ application is dismissed.
