2. The present application has been filed for quashing the order dated 19.02.2021 passed by the Special Judge Vigilance, Patna in Special Case No. 55/2016, Vigilance P.S. Case No 95 of 2016 by which the learned court below has framed charges against the petitioner under Section 13(2) read with Section 13 (i)(e) of the Prevention of Corruption Act.

3. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this application is disposed of with

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1 of 2022(7) dt.21-04-2025 2/2 liberty to the petitioner to file an application for alteration of the charge at an appropriate stage.
